Elaine Murphy is an acclaimed artist whose work is internationally collected across the USA, Europe, Mexico, and South America. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, she now resides in the picturesque city of Naples, Florida. Elaine comes from a show business family; her father, Mike Murphy, is one of Ireland's most esteemed radio and television hosts.

Elaine's artistic journey began with training as a fashion illustrator and studying fine art at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. Over the past thirty years, her creative pursuits have evolved from fashion to jewelry design to both abstract and figurative art.

In 2000, Elaine relocated to Palm Desert, California, where she had the privilege of working with renowned abstract artist Gerome Gastaldi in his studio. This experience marked a turning point in her career, leading her to focus on large format figurative and abstract paintings. Her unique style has been described by a collector as "loose and fluid, with emotional overtones conveyed by elegant lines. The combination of abstraction and bold figurative lines conspire to make her expressions on canvas truly unique."

A devoted animal lover, Elaine actively supports various animal protection charities, reflecting her deep commitment to animal welfare.
